Our Truck mounted self-propelled bitumen pressure distributor is fitted with suitable heating system (Burners), foldable spray bar (width 2.5 mtrs. and extendable upto 4.2 mtrs.) fitted with pneumatically operated and easily adjustable nozzles), air-compressor, bitumen pump, auxiliary engine, tank mounting and other accessories for uniform and constant rate applications of hot bitumen (or emulsion) as per the application required by the project managers / clients at their respective sites.

The Truck mounted bitumen distributor units can be supplied as a unit to suit mounting on customer provided truck chassis or can be supplied completely along with standard truck chassis.

Our Trolley mounted bitumen / emulsion hand sprayer, is mounted on Iron Wheel base chassis supported for wheel chassis with tyres. The bitumen / emulsion tank is of 3000 Ltrs. capacity insulated with 35 mm glass wool and fitted with bitumen pump, auxiliary engine (Kirloskar / Equivalent 8 HP air cooled diesel engine), pressure jet burner / lap type, sprayer pipe (3500 mm flexible falling type with sprayer nozzle along with handle attachment, screen filter and tyres.
